DISSOLUTION OF CO-PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Co-partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, Thomas Barrett and Edmund John Comer, as Carriers at Christchurch and the Rakaia, under style or firm of "Barrett and Comer," was dissolved by mutual consent, on the Twentieth day of June instant.

The business of the said firm will in future be carried on by the said Edmund John Comer, who will pay all debts owing by and receive all moneys payable to the said firm.

CANTERBURY DISTRICT.

In the matter of the "Debtors and Creditors Acts."

NOTICE is hereby given that by orders of the Supreme Court bearing date the Twenty-fifth day of June 1867 the estates of the undermentioned debtors were sequestrated and vested in the receivers hereunder mentioned. And the Twenty-fourth day of July next was appointed for the hearing of the petitions of the said debtors at the Court House Christchurch at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon.

James and Flackton Homersham of Leithfield farmers.—Receiver Mr. Frederic Henry Melville Walker of Christchurch Accountant.

NOTICE is hereby given that by a vesting order of the Supreme Court dated the Eighteenth day of June 1867 the estate and effects of the said Thomas Searell were sequestrated and Frederic Henry Melville Walker of Christchurch aforesaid Accountant was appointed Receiver and that Wednesday the Twenty-fourth day of July instant was appointed for the hearing of the petition of the debtor and proof of debts and claims of creditors at the Court House Christchurch aforesaid at Eleven o’clock in the forenoon.
