sea-beach, thence westerly following the beach to the Native Reserve No. 4 beforementioned, thence following the south-eastern, southern, western, and northern boundaries of that reserve to the sea-shore beforementioned, and from thence returning along the same to the commencing point.
TOWN OF GOLDSBOROUGH (WAIMEA).
All that piece or parcel of land containing 640 acres, more or less, commencing at a point bearing N. 80 deg. E. (magnetic) on and 126 chains distant from the forks on the Waimea River, thence following a line bearing N. 18 deg. 45 min. E. (magnetic) a distance of sixty-four chains, and extending back easterly a distance of one hundred chains in a rectangular block.
LAKE TOWN.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 640 acres, more or less, situate on the southern shore of Lake Brunner, having eighty chains frontage to the lake, and running back southerly eighty chains in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF HOHONU.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 200 acres, more or less, situate at the confluence of the Hohonu with the Teremakau, having a frontage of forty chains on the latter river, and extending north-easterly on either side of the Hohonu, a distance of fifty chains in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF MORTON.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 200 acres, more or less, situate at the confluence of the Teremakau-Waimea and the Teremakau, having a frontage of fifty chains to the latter river, and extending back in a rectangular form, about forty chains, and having a frontage on the Teremakau-Waimea, of about fifty chains, to contain the required quantity, subject, nevertheless to the Native Reserve.
TOWN OF KANIERI.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 640 acres, more or less, situate at the confluence of the Kanieri with the Hokitika, having a frontage of eighty chains to the river first-named, and extending back north-easterly a like distance of eighty chains, in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF TOTARA.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate at the Totara River, having a frontage of sixty chains to the beach, and extending back south-easterly, a distance of fifty-four chains in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF WAITAHA.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 640 acres, more or less, situate at the Waitaha River, having a frontage of one hundred and eight chains to the beach, and extending back south-easterly, on either side of the Waitaha, a distance of sixty chains in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF CLIFTON, NORTH.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, being bounded on the south by the Wanganui River, on the North by the seashore, and on the East by a line at right angles to the river, to contain the above quantity.
TOWN OF CLIFTON, SOUTH.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate at the mouth of the Wanganui river, having a frontage of eighty chains to the river, and extending back southerly forty chains in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF WATAROA, SOUTH.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the west bank of the Wataroa River, having a frontage of eighty chains to the river, and extending back southerly forty chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the East by the seashore, subject nevertheless to the Native Reserve.
TOWN OF WATAROA, NORTH.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the east bank of the Wataroa River, having a frontage of eighty chains to the river, and extending back northerly forty chains in a rectangular block.
TOWN OF OKARITO, EAST.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate at Okarito, on the north-east side of the lagoon, having a frontage of about one hundred chains to the lagoon, the northern boundary being a line at right angles to the eastern shore of the lagoon, and the eastern boundary being a line at right angles to the northern boundary, to include the above quantity.
TOWN OF OKARITO, NORTH.
All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate at Okarito, being bounded on the South by the lagoon, on the North by the sea coast, and on the East by a line at right angles to the sea coast, to contain the quantity required, subject to the Native Reserve.
