Town of Okarito, South.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate at Okarito, on the west side of the lagoon, having a frontage of about one hundred chains to the lagoon, the south western boundary being a line at right angles to the general direction of the coast, and the south-eastern boundary, being a line at right angles to the last-described boundary, and to include the above quantity, subject to the Native Reserve.

Town of Ross.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 200 acres, more or less, situate on the branch of the Totara called Donelly’s Creek, commencing at a point about eighty-seven chains above its confluence with the Totara, having a frontage of about fifty chains on Donelly’s Creek, and running back in a rectangular block, in a south-westerly direction, a distance of about fifty chains, to contain the quantity required.

Town of Weheka.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the north side of the Weheka river at its mouth, having a frontage of about sixty chains to the sea beach, and fifty-four chains to the said river, and extending back as nearly as may be in a rectangular block, subject to the Native Reserve.

Town of Raleigh, North.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the north bank of the Karangarua River at its mouth, having frontage of about fifty-four chains to the said river, and extending back north-easterly sixty chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the north-west by the sea beach.

Town of Raleigh, South.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the south bank of Karangarua River at its mouth, having a frontage of about fifty-four chains to the river, and extending back south-westerly sixty chains on the average.

Town of Harihari.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the eastern bank of the River Paringa, having a frontage of eighty chains to the river, and extending back easterly forty chains in a rectangular block, and being bounded on the north by the sea beach.

Town of Awarua.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 640 acres, more or less, situate on the north-eastern bank of the Haast River, having a frontage of about eighty chains to the said river, and extending back north-easterly eighty chains in a rectangular block, and being bounded on the North-west by the sea beach.

Town of Waiatoto, East.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the north-eastern bank of the Waiatoto River at its mouth, having a frontage of about fifty chains to the said river, and extending back sixty chains in a rectangular block, and bounded on the North-west by the sea beach.

Town of Waiatoto, West.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the south bank of the river Waiatoto, at its mouth, having a frontage of about fifty chains to the said river, and extending back southerly sixty chains in a rectangular block.

Town of Arawata, East.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, situate on the eastern bank of the River Arawata (Jackson’s Bay) at its mouth, having a frontage of about fifty-four chains to the said river, and extending back easterly sixty chains in a rectangular block, and being bounded on the North by the sea beach.

Town of Arawata, West.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the western bank of the river Arawata (Jackson’s Bay) at its mouth, having frontage of about fifty-four chains to the said river, and extending back westerly sixty chains in a rectangular block, being bounded on the north by the sea beach, subject to the native reserve.

Town of Shamrock.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the western shore of Jackson’s Bay, having frontage of about 40 chains to the said bay, and extending back north-westerly a distance of eighty chains on the average, to Smooth-water Bay, and being bounded on the north-west by the sea beach.

Town of Kawaaka.

All that piece or parcel of land, containing 320 acres, more or less, situate on the north-eastern bank of the Arahura river, about seven miles and a quarter from the sea, to include the confluence of the Kawhaka stream with that river, having frontage of about sixty chains to the said river Arahura, and extending back north-easterly fifty-four chains in a rectangular block.
