NOTICE is hereby given that Thomas Walker Wilkinson, of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, butcher, has, by deed of conveyance and assignment bearing date the Twenty-sixth day of September instant, and made between the said Thomas Walker Wilkinson of the first part, Edwin Burnell of Christchurch aforesaid, commission agent and John Shand of Christchurch aforesaid, farmer, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being severally creditors in their own right or in co-partnership, or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said Thomas Walker Wilkinson of the third part conveyed and assigned all and singular the freehold land, hereditaments, goods, chattels, credits, and other debts, personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said Thomas Walker Wilkinson, of him or to which he the said Thomas Walker Wilkinson or any person or persons in trust for him was or were possessed or entitled unto the said Edwin Burnell and John Shand in trust for all the creditors of the said Thomas Walker Wilkinson.
And notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said Thomas Walker Wilkinson, at the office of W. S. Moorhouse, Cathedral-square, Christchurch aforesaid solicitor.
Dated this Twenty-sixth day of September, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given that James Long Fleming, of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, builder, has by deed, bearing date the ninth day of August, 1864, and made between the said James Long Fleming of the first part, Colin Campbell Aikman, of Christchurch aforesaid, commission agent, and Patrick Laurie of Christchurch aforesaid, timber merchant, of the second part, and the several persons whose names are thereunto subscribed, being severally creditors in their own right, or in co-partnership, or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said James Long Fleming of the third part, conveyed and assigned all his real and personal estate and effects to the said Colin Campbell Aikman and Patrick Laurie, upon trust for all the creditors of the said James Long Fleming; and that the said deed is now lying at my Chambers, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, for execution by the said creditors.
Dated this Twelfth day of August, 1864.

NOTICE is hereby given that William George Cooper Jones, of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury, hotel-keeper, has by deed of conveyance and assignment bearing date the 10th day of October instant, and made between the said William George Cooper Jones of the first part, James Drummond Macpherson, of Christchurch aforesaid, merchant, and Henry Matson, of Christchurch aforesaid, merchant, of the second part and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed, and all being severally creditors in their own right or in co-partnership or being agents or attorneys of creditors of the said William George Cooper Jones of the third part, conveyed and assigned all and singular the freehold land, hereditaments, goods, chattels, credits, and other debts, personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever of him the said William George Cooper Jones, or to which he, the said William George Cooper Jones or any person or persons in trust for him, was or were possessed or entitled, unto the said James Drummond Macpherson and Henry Matson, in trust for all the creditors of the said William George Cooper Jones.
And notice is hereby further given, that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said William George Cooper Jones, at the office of W. S. Moorhouse, Cathedral square, Christchurch aforesaid.

Moorhouse, Cathedral-square aforesaid, solicitor, has assigned his goods, chattels, credits, and other debts, personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever for the benefit of all the creditors of him the said Noah Edgar, of him or to which he the said Noah Edgar or any person or persons in trust for him was or were possessed or entitled and the said Robert Symington and Charles Wesley Turner in trust for all the creditors of the said Noah Edgar.
And notice is hereby further given that the said deed now lies for signature by and on behalf of the creditors of the said Noah Edgar, at the offices of W. S. Moorhouse, Cathedral-square aforesaid, solicitor.
