In the matter of "The Debtors' and Creditors' Act, 1862;" and
In the matter of the Estate of Richard Bowen, a debtor; and
In the matter of the Petition of the said Richard Bowen.

At a sitting of the Court under the Act.
The Eighteenth day of May, 1864.

Upon the application of Mr. Slater of Counsel for the said petitioner, and upon reading the order of sequestration and protection made herein, on the Eleventh day of March last past, and an affidavit of the publication of such order and of notices having been given to the Creditors pursuant to the Act, and upon examination upon oath of the said debtor, and it appearing to the Court that certain creditors have failed to prove their debts and claims within the time, and as required by such order aforesaid, this Court doth order that the time of proving such debts and claims against the estate of the said debtor shall be extended to the Seventh day of June next: And this Court doth further order that a meeting of creditors shall be convened to take place immediately after such Seventh day of June next, for the purpose of recommending to the Court a person or persons to act as trustee or trustees to such estate: And this Court doth further order that the hearing of the said petition be further adjourned until the first day of the next sitting of the Court under the Act, after the expiration of twenty-one days from the date hereof.

Upon the application of Mr. Slater of Counsel for the petitioner, it appearing to the Court that certain creditors had omitted to prove their debts and claims within the time, and as required by the order of the Court, made on the Sixteenth day of November last past, this Court doth order that the time for proving such debts and claims against the estate of the said debtors shall be extended to the Seventh day of June next: And this Court doth further order that a meeting of creditors shall be convened to take place immediately after such Seventh day of June next, for the purpose of recommending to the Court a person or persons to act as trustee or trustees to such estate: And this Court doth further order that the hearing of the said petition be further adjourned until the first day of the next sitting of the Court under the Act, after the expiration of twenty-one days from the date hereof.

Upon the application of Mr. Slater of Counsel for the petitioners, it appearing to the Court that certain creditors have failed to prove their debts and claims within the time, and as required by the order of the Court, made on the Twenty-eighth day of January last past, this Court doth order that the time for proving such debts and claims against the estate of the said debtor shall be extended to the Seventh day of June next: And this Court doth further order that a meeting of creditors shall be convened to take place immediately after such Seventh day of June next, for the purpose of recommending a person or persons to the Court to act as trustee or trustees to such estate: And this Court doth further order that the hearing of the said petition be further adjourned until the first day of the next sitting of the Court under the Act, after the expiration of twenty-one days from the date hereof.
