IT is hereby notified that the PONSONBY AND OR DEDWOOD District Board has, with the approval of His Honour the Superintendent, appointed

EDWARD EGAN

to be Keeper of the Public Pound at Dedwood in the room of James McKibbin.

And it is hereby further notified that His Honour the Superintendent has authorised the fees and charges set forth in the Schedule annexed to the notification published in the Provincial Government Gazette No. 26, dated 18th August, 1871, page 208, to be taken and charged by the said Keeper.

IT is hereby notified that the several Chairmen of the after-named District Boards, under "The Highways Act, 1874," have reported in writing to the Superintendent the names of the undermentioned persons elected as FENCE-VIEWERS for those Districts respectively, in accordance with the provisions of "The Fencing Act, 1855, Amendment Act, 1874," namely :

WHAREORA :—H. Falls and W. Hutchinson.
