of subdivisional allotment No. 10, also of original allotment No. 75 aforesaid, to a point at a distance of 1356 links from the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 75 last described, thence southerly by a right line to a point on the northern boundary of allotment No. 79 at a distance of 1356 links from its north-eastern angle; towards the south by the southern side of the road which forms the northern boundaries of allotments No. 79, 92, and 115, from the point last named to the north-western angle of allotment No. 115 aforesaid, thence by a right line crossing a road to the north-eastern angle of allotment No. 125, and continuing along its northern boundary to its north-western angle; towards the west by the western boundaries of allotments Nos. 126, 127, 128, 129, and 130, thence crossing a road 100 links wide, and by the western boundaries of allotments No. 131, 132, 133, 134, 135, and 136 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid to the north-western angle of allotment No. 136 last mentioned; and towards the north-west by the northern boundary of allotment No. 136 aforesaid to the point of its intersection by a line being the production in a southerly direction of the western boundary of Mr. Baker’s land, thence northerly by said boundary to a line running parallel to and at a distance of about 235 links from the road which forms the north-western boundary of allotment No. 11 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, and continuing easterly along said line to the Mount Roskill road, thence northerly by the western side of said road to the north-eastern angle of allotment No. 11 last named, thence crossing the Mount Roskill road to its eastern side, and continuing southerly along its eastern side to the northern boundary of allotment No. 26 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the northern and north-eastern boundaries of allotment No. 26 aforesaid and the north-eastern boundary of allotment No. 24, also of section and suburbs last named, to the south-western angle of allotment No. 1 of section No. 10 before mentioned, and thence by the north-western boundary of allotment No. 1 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, and by said boundary produced to the centre of the road which forms the southern boundaries of allotments Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 6A of section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, and continuing north-easterly by the centre of said road to its junction with the Kyber Pass road at the point first mentioned, the place of commencement.

THE MOUNT EDEN HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Commencing at a point on the centre of the road known as the Mount Eden Stockade Road at its junction with the Kyber Pass Road; bounded towards the east by the centre of the Mount Eden Stockade Road from the point above described to the northernmost angle of allotment No. 105 of section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland, thence by the north-eastern boundary of allotment No. 105, the north-eastern and eastern boundaries of allotment No. 106, the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of allotment No. 107, and the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of allotment No. 108, all of section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid to the south-western angle of the last-named lot, thence by a right line being a production in continuation of the western boundary of allotment No. 109 aforesaid to the north-eastern boundary of the Mount Eden Government Reserve, thence southerly by the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of the Mount Eden Reserve aforesaid to the northernmost angle of allotment No. 11 of section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the north-eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 11 and 12, the eastern boundaries of allotments No. 13 and 47, and the eastern boundary of allotment No. 47 produced to the northern boundary of allotment No. 68 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland, thence easterly by part of the northern boundary of allotment No. 68 to a point on said northern boundary at a distance of 1356 links from the north-eastern angle of allotment No. 68 aforesaid, thence southerly by a right line to a point on the northern boundary of allotment No. 75 at a distance of 1356 links from its north-eastern angle, thence westerly to the north-western angle of subdivisional allotment No. 9 of original allotment No. 75 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the western boundary of subdivisional allotment No. 9 last-named and the western and part of the southern boundary of said allotment to the north-eastern angle of allotment No. 79.
