the northern boundary of allotment No. 28, also of section and suburbs aforesaid to its north-eastern angle, thence following the eastern boundary of allotment No. 28 of section and suburbs last named to the road which forms its southern boundary, and continuing along said road, which also forms the southern boundaries of allotments Nos. 27, 26, and 25 of section No. 6 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid to the north-western angle of allotment No. 17 of said section, and continuing along the western boundary of allotment No. 17 aforesaid and the western boundaries of allotments Nos. 18 and 19, also of section No. 6 to the south-western angle of allotment No. 19 last named, thence by the southern boundary of allotment No. 19 aforesaid to the Epsom road; towards the east by the Epsom road aforesaid from the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 19 of section and suburbs before mentioned to the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 35 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid; towards the south by the southern boundary of allotment No. 35 aforesaid to the road which forms the eastern boundary of allotment No. 58 of suburban section No. 10 aforesaid, thence crossing said road and following the western side of the same to the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 57 of Section and suburbs aforesaid, thence by the northern side of the road forming the southern boundary of allotment No. 57 before mentioned to the road which forms the eastern boundary of allotment No. 79, thence following eastern side of said road to its junction with a road which forms the northern boundary of allotment No. 79 aforesaid, thence crossing said road and continuing along the northern boundary of allotment No. 79 aforesaid to a point at a distance of 1356 links from the north-eastern angle of said lot; and towards the west by a line from the point aforesaid running in a northerly direction at a right angle to the boundary last named, crossing a road one hundred links wide, and intersecting allotments Nos. 78, 77, and 76, to the southern boundary of subdivisional allotment No. 10 of original allotment No. 75 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by part of the southern and the whole of the western boundary of subdivisional allotment No. 10 aforesaid, and the western and part of the northern boundaries of allotment No. 9, being also a subdivisional allotment of original allotment No. 75 of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid to a point at a distance of 1356 links from the north eastern angle of original allotment No. 75 of the section and suburbs aforesaid, thence by a line running in a northerly direction at a right angle from the point last-named, crossing a road of width aforesaid, intersecting allotments Nos. 74, 73, 72, 71, and 70, all of section No. 10 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, crossing another road of width aforesaid, and intersecting allotments Nos. 69 and 68, also of section No. 10 aforesaid to a point at a distance of 1356 links from the north-eastern angle of the last-named lot, thence westerly by part of the northern boundary of allotment No. 68 aforesaid to a point being the intersection of a right line produced southerly in continuance of the eastern boundary of allotment No. 47 of section No. 6 of the Suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence northerly by the line aforesaid, the eastern boundary of allotment No. 47 aforesaid, the eastern boundary of allotment No. 13, and the north-eastern boundaries of allotments Nos. 12 and 11, to the northernmost angle of the last-named lot, thence by the south-eastern, eastern, and north-eastern boundaries of the Mount Eden Government Reserve to a point being the intersection of a right line produced southerly in continuance of the eastern boundary of allotment No. 29 of section No. 6 of the suburbs lastnamed, thence northerly by the right line last described to the south-eastern angle of allotment No. 109 aforesaid, thence by the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of allotment No. 108, the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of allotment No. 107, the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of allotment No. 106, and the north-eastern boundary of allotment No. 105 to its northernmost angle, thence by the centre of the road which forms the north-western boundary of allotment No. 29 first-mentioned to the north-western angle of said allotment No. 29 the place of commencement.
