NATIVE LAND ACT, 1873.

Notice of Claim (Sec. 36).

District of Kaipara.

To the District Officer, Commissioner of Crown Lands, Inspector of Surveys, and Native Reserves Commissioner, and to all others whom it may concern :

NOTICE is hereby given that the persons named in the first column of the Schedule hereto have duly given notice that they claim to be interested in the pieces of land named and described in the second column of the said Schedule, and that they desire that their respective claims should be investigated by the Native Land Court, in order that Memorials of Ownership may be issued for the same.

Te Tirarau Te Wharerama, near Te Wairoa, Kaipara The boundaries are shown on the map. The boundary line of Mangaru is one boundary, the Wairoa River is another, and another comes out to the Wairoa River at the mouth of the Kokopu River The plans of such of these lands as have been surveyed may be seen at the Court House of the Resident Magistrate, Helensville, Kaipara.
