SUBDIVISION OF HEREDITAMENTS.

Auckland, April 3rd, 1875.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at a sitting of this Court to be held at Kaihu, in the district of Kaipara, in the Province of Auckland, on the 19th day of May next, will be heard the applications of the persons whose names appear in the first column for the subdivision of the interests comprised in the Crown Grants of the pieces of land, the names of which appear in the second column, situate in the districts named in the third column.

NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE UNDER "THE NATIVE LANDS ACT, 1873," OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which were published in former notices, will be investigated at Kaihu, Kaipara, on the 19th of May next, and following days.
