to be the Keeper of the Public Pound at North Shore, in the room of Elon Bond. And I do hereby further notify that the fees and charges set forth in the Schedule annexed to the notification published in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 5, dated 21st February 1871, page 37, may be taken and charged by the said Keeper.
