PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 7th July, 1873.

IN pursuance of the 20th section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” it is hereby notified for general information that application has been made to me by

MR EDWARD CONSTABLE,

for permission to use, for mill-driving purposes, the water flowing through allotments Numbers 11 and 12 of the Parish of Waiuku East, together with the right to construct a Dam thereupon.

Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province at Auckland, this eighteenth day of August, 1873.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

By JOSEPH MAY, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers in the Superintendent vested, in that behalf, by “The Impounding Act, 1867,” I do hereby abolish as a Public Pound, those premises situated within the boundaries of the DEVONPORT Highway District, as notified in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 5, of date the 21st February, 1871: and I do hereby appoint in lieu thereof those premises situate within the boundaries of the said District, erected on the South-West portion of Lot 21, Section 2, of the Parish of Takapuna, to be and be used as a Public Pound, for the purposes of the said recited Act.

Given under my hand at Auckland, this twelfth day of August, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-three.

PROCLAMATION.

By JOSEPH MAY, Esquire, Deputy Superintendent of the Province of Auckland.

BY virtue of the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent under the eleventh section of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867,” I do hereby temporarily reserve for Educational purposes, until the next session of the Auckland Provincial Council, all that piece or parcel of land in the Parish of Totara, county of Mongonui, containing forty acres, and being allotment number six, Bounded towards the North-East by Government land, towards the South-East by the Kuwaru and Oio Blocks, towards the South-West by high water mark of the Wangaroa Harbour, again towards the South-East
