NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Waitangi, Bay of Islands, on the 21st of January next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of block. Boundaries. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Mihaka Pohiriri, Wiremu Katene Te Ngako No. 1, near Te Going along Wiremu Pomare’s line till it reaches Hare Wirikake’s line, thence along that line, and joining the Ahuahua dry road, and thence to the dividing line between Te Ngako, Nos. 1 and 2. The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Russell, Bay of Islands.

Henare Tiri, Pene Taipa Te Ngako No. 2, near Te Commencing from the dividing line between Te Ngako Nos. 1 and 2, and along the Kape Stream till it reaches the head of the Hou Hou Valley, and joins the line of Wiremu Katene, thence along that line, turning thence to Manawairihia, and ending at the dividing line.
Ngahana Hetaraka Tauwhitu Ahuahu
Hori Wehiwehi Parutahi, at Whangaruru Commencing at the beach, near the mouth of the Waipuna Creek, by a line running up that Creek, by a line from that Creek to Puketotara, and from Puketotara seaward, and by the Whangaruru Harbour to starting point.
