On any of the goods above-named, the produce of
the Province of Auckland, the charge only for export
out of the colony will be payable.

  1. On all goods made from imported produce or
    material, landed or passed over any wharf, pier,
    jetty, &c., and on which wharfage has not already
    been paid, there shall be paid the rates for the
    manufactured articles.

Note.—All wharfage entries must be passed, and
wharfage paid at the Office of the Harbour Board,
before any goods or merchandise can be removed
from any wharf, pier, or jetty, &c.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 20th September, 1872.

IT is hereby notified that Tenders in writing will
be received at this Office until twelve o’clock
noon, on Monday, the 28th day of October
proximo, for the Lease of the Education Reserves,
specified in the Schedule hereunder. Tenders to
be made separately for the Lease of each Lot for the
several terms of Seven, Fourteen, or Twenty-one
Years, commencing from 1st January, 1873.

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 24th September, 1872.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is intended to apply
to the Provincial Council of the Province of
Auckland, at its next Session, for leave to bring in a
bill under “The Provincial Compulsory Lands
Taking Act, 1866,” to provide for the opening of a
Public Road, one hundred links wide, in, through,
and over those pieces or parcels of land the property
of Duncan McNicol, of Wairoa, settler, being allot-
ments Nos. 4, 5, and 6, of the Parish of Taupo, in
Banks’ County.

Copies of the said proposed Bill will be deposited
in this Office on or before the 14th day of October,
1872.

A plan of the land, with a book of reference
thereto, and copy of the Provincial Government
Gazette, may be now inspected in this Office.
