BY virtue of the powers and authority vested in the Superintendent under the eleventh Section of "The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1867," I do hereby temporarily reserve as a site for a Public Hospital, until the next Session of the Auckland Provincial Council, all that piece or parcel of land situated in the Town of Buffalo, and described in the Schedule hereunder.
Given under my hand and the Public Seal of the said Province, this twenty-second day of August, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

SCHEDULE.
All that piece or parcel of land containing two acres two roods and twenty-five perches, and being allotment number thirty-one of the Town of Buffalo, in the parish of Kapanga, Queen’s County, and being bounded towards the north-east by allotment number thirty-two of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-west by a road one hundred links wide; towards the north-west by allotment number thirty of the Town of Buffalo aforesaid; again towards the south-west by allotment thirty and part of allotment number twenty-nine of the Town of Buffalo aforesaid: and again towards the north-west by allotment number thirty-two aforesaid.

All that piece or parcel of land containing five acres and three perches, and being allotment number thirty-three of the Town of Buffalo, in the parish of Kapanga, Queen’s County, and being bounded towards the north-east by allotment number seventeen of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-east by the southern boundary of the suburbs of the Town of Buffalo; towards the south-west by allotments numbers ten and seven of the Town aforesaid and by the abuttal of a road one hundred links wide; towards the north-west by rural allotment number eleven of the parish of Kapanga aforesaid and by a line crossing a road one hundred links wide; again towards the south-west by a road of width aforesaid; and again towards the north-west by allotment number seventeen aforesaid, intersected from south-east to north-west by a road one hundred links wide, which is hereby reserved through the said allotment.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers vested in the Superintendent by the fourth section of "The Highways Act, 1871," I do hereby alter and amend the boundaries of the Weiti Highway District as hereunder set forth.
Given under my hand, at Auckland, this twentieth day of August, One thousand eight hundred and seventy-two.

THE WEITI HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
Amended Boundaries.
Bounded towards the north by the Orewa river from Waterloo creek to the north-eastern angle of allotment number 146 of the parish of Waiwera; towards the east by the south-western side of the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of said allotment number 146, from the Orewa river aforesaid to the south-eastern angle of said allotment number 146 thence following the south-eastern boundary of allotment number 146 aforesaid, part of the north-eastern boundary of allotment number 145, the north-western and south-western boundaries of allotment number 61, all of the parish of Waiwera aforesaid to the Weiti river, and thence by the production of the south-western boundary of allotment number 61 aforesaid to the southern bank of the Weiti river aforesaid; again towards the north and towards the north-east by the Weiti river and by the sea to the mouth of the Okura river; towards the south-east by the Okura river aforesaid from its mouth to the south-eastern angle of Dacre’s claim; towards the south by the southern boundary of Dacre’s claim aforesaid from the Okura river to the south-western angle of said claim, then in a straight line to the junction of the road at the northern boundary of allotment number 206 of the parish of Pukeatua with the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of allotment number 188 of the said parish, thence by the eastern side of the said road in a northerly direction to the north-eastern angle of allotment number 260 of the parish of Pukeatua aforesaid, thence crossing said road and continuing along the northern boundary of said allotment number 260 and part of the northern and eastern boundaries of allotment number 261 of said parish of Pukeatua to the road at the north-eastern angle of said allotment number 261, and crossing said road to its northern side, thence continuing westerly on the northern side of said road to its junction with the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of allotment number 257 of the parish of
