Pukeatua aforesaid, and crossing said road and continuing along the northern side of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of said lot number 257, and also the southern boundaries of allotments numbers 256, 254 and 249, to the south-western angle of allotment number 249 aforesaid, all of the parish of Pukeatua aforesaid; towards the west by the eastern side of the road which forms the western boundary of allotment number 249 aforesaid and allotment number 250 of said parish of Pukeatua, to the north-western angle of said allotment number 250, and towards the north-west by the southern side of the road which forms the northern boundaries of allotments numbers 250, 251, 252, and the north-western boundary of allotment number 253 to the northernmost angle of said allotment number 253, all of the parish of Pukeatua aforesaid; thence by the northern boundary of said allotment number 253 to its north-eastern angle, thence in a straight line to the south-western angle of allotment number 47 of the parish of Waiwera thence by the south-eastern boundaries of allotments numbers 47, 48 and 49 of said parish of Waiwera, to the south-eastern angle of the lastnamed lot, thence following the north-eastern boundary of allotment number 49 aforesaid to the south-western angle of allotment number 225 of the parish of Waiwera aforesaid, and continuing along the north-western boundary of said allotment number 225 to Waterloo creek, thence by said creek to the Orewa river, the place of commencement: including allotments numbers 167, 168, 169, 170, 171, 172, 173, 174, 175, 176, 177, 178, 179, 180 and 181 of the parish of Waiwera, and allotments numbers 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the parish of Okura.
