PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IN pursuance of the fifth section of “The Highways Act, 1871,” I do hereby bring the said Act into operation within the

TARARU HIGHWAY DISTRICT,

and I do appoint the First Meeting of Ratepayers to take place at the Imperial Crown Hotel, Tararu, on Tuesday, the 30th instant, at 12 o’clock noon, and Robert Graham, Esq., to be Chairman of such Meeting.

I, THE undersigned, EDWARD THOMAS WILDMAN, hereby make application to register “THE CALYPSO GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Calypso Gold Mining Company, Registered.
