I, the undersigned, WALTER BOOTH, hereby make application to register "The Coronet No. 1 Gold Mining Company Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is The Coronet No. 1, Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. That the place of operation is at the Moanataiari Creek, Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty thousand pounds, in four thousand shares of five pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil. Sixteen thousand pounds in partly paid-up shares.

  5. The name of the Manager is James Sivewright.

  6. The office of the Company is at Vaile's Buildings, Wyndham-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—

I, THE undersigned, GEORGE DUNNET, hereby make application to register "The Great Eastern Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Great Eastern Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Kennedy Bay Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand pounds, in Seven thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid-up shares is Three thousand five hundred pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is George Dunnet.

  6. The office of the Company is at Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Golden Run Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Six thousand pounds in Six thousand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and Three thousand pounds in partly paid-up shares.

  5. The name of the manager is Moritz Samuel Leers.

  6. The office of the Company is at Queen-street, Auckland.
