I, THE undersigned, William Leary, hereby make application to register “The Waikoromiko Gold Mining Company, Registered,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869, 1870 and 1871,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz:—

The name and style of the Company is The Waikoromiko Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at the Waikoromiko Creek, Coromandel, at the Coromandel Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand pounds, in Ten thousand shares of One pound each.

The amount already paid-up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid-up shares is Five thousand pounds.

The name of the Manager is William Leary.

The Office of the Company is at Kapanga-road, Coromandel.

Of Registered Companies under “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869.”
Advertisements must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office at Auckland, or to the authorized Agent at Grahamstown or at Coromandel, with prepayment of the charge for insertion at the rates above specified.
Advertisements should be written on one side of the paper; and names, signatures, &c., must be written in a legible hand, to save mistakes.
The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.
The Government will not guarantee the publication of any notice or advertisement within a given date nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.
