and towards the west by the centre of the road which forms the western boundary of allotment number 29 aforesaid, and being known as the Mount Eden Stockade road to its junction with the Kyber Pass road, thence westerly by the centre of the Kyber Pass road aforesaid to a line, being the production of the western boundary of subdivisional lot number 13 of original allotment number 4 of section number 3 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by said right line and by the western boundary of subdivisional lot number 13 last-named, and by the western boundaries of subdivisional lots numbers 116, 115, 106, 105, 96, 95, 86, 85, 76, 75, 66, 65, 56, 55, and 37, all of original allotment number 4, of section number 6 of the suburbs aforesaid, and by the production in a northerly direction of the western boundary of subdivisional lot number 37 last-named to the centre of the road known as the Carleton Gore road thence easterly by the centre of Carleton Gore road aforesaid to a right line, being the production of the eastern boundary of allotment number 22 of section number 3 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by said line and by the eastern boundary of allotment number 22 of the section and suburbs last-named, and by said eastern boundary produced to the northern side of Park road aforesaid—the place of commencement.

THE REMUERA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

This district shall comprise all those lands bounded towards the north by Orakei creek and Hobson’s bay from the eastern boundary of section number 16 of the suburbs of Auckland to the slaughter-house creek, thence by the middle of said creek to the north side of the Grammar School road, thence by the north side of said road from the creek aforesaid to the east side of the Epsom road; on the west by the east side of the Epsom road aforesaid to the north western angle of allotment number 21 of section number 4 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, thence by the north-eastern boundary of said allotment number 21 to the slaughter-house creek aforesaid, thence by the said creek to the southern boundary of allotment number 23 of section and suburbs last-named, and by said southern boundary to the eastern side of the Epsom road, thence by the eastern side of the Epsom road aforesaid to the Great South road; towards the south-west by the Great South road aforesaid to the junction of roads at the Harp of Erin Inn, thence towards the south by a direct line from the junction of roads last-named to the south-western angle of allotment number 25 of section number 12 of the suburbs aforesaid, and by the southern boundary of said allotment number 25, and the southern boundary of allotment number 34 of section number 12 of suburbs aforesaid to its south-eastern angle; and towards the east by the eastern boundary of allotment number 34 aforesaid to the Tamaki road at its north-eastern angle, thence by the south side of the Tamaki road aforesaid to the eastern boundary of section number 16 of the suburbs of Auckland aforesaid, and thence by said eastern boundary of section number 16 aforesaid to Orakei creek first-mentioned—the place of commencement.
