NATIVE LAND COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Shortland, Thames, on the 7th day of August next, and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the Lands as translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Raika Whakarongotai and Honiana Ngangai Karaka, near Shortland The boundary commences at the Karaka stream, on the outside of the piece of land that is leased on the south side of the Karaka stream, then turns on the ridge to the north of Te Karaka, and goes along the Kapua ridge to Tawhiritaha and Taheremangemange, then goes up to Tutukaroro, and goes along the ridge to Kotukuariki, then turns and goes along the Karaka-o-Mangakirikiri ridge, then goes on to Te Tonga-Marere, goes on then to the Karaka stream, and goes along in that stream to the commencing point. Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Te Pukeroa and Te Reweti Rangikaiwhiria Parehuia, near Shortland Commences on the bank of the Waiwhakaurunga stream, then goes along on the boundary of Parehuia, and then turns towards the north.
Te Koki and Ihapera Huirepo, near Te Kiri-kiri The land is surveyed and the boundaries shown on the map.
Reweti Rangikaiwhiria, Ema Reweti, and Karauna Matui Te Ipu-a-Moehau, near Shortland The boundaries are shown on the map.
Riria Karepe and Perereka Te Putu Waikowhiti, near Ohinemuri The boundaries are shown on map No. 1777 in the Inspector of Surveys' Office, Auckland.
Wiremu Unahi, Riria Karepe, Arama Karaka, Wikitoria Hohohan and others Waitekauri Nos. 2 and 3, near Ohinemuri The boundaries are shown on maps Nos. 1645 and 1778 in the Inspector of Surveys' Office, Auckland.
Te Moananui, Riria Karepe and others Karangahake, near Ohinemuri The boundaries are shown on map No. 1796 in the Inspector of Surveys Office, Auckland.
Te Moananui, Riria Karepe and others A part of Karangahake, Taukanihi and Omanaga, near Ohinemuri The boundaries are shown on map No. 1727 in the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland.
Te Wano Te Paura Torowhenua, near Shortland The boundaries are shown on the map.
Riria Karepe, Wiremu Hopihana, Harata Patene, Honana Potiki, Tareraniu, and others Piraurahi, near Ohinemuri The land is surveyed and contains 1945 acres. The boundaries are shown on the map in the Office of the Inspector of Surveys, Auckland. The boundaries are the same as were previously advertised in the Kahiti.
