Parish of PUKEATUA, County of Eden: Allotment No. 310, containing 10 acres; bounded towards the north-east by a line 1,030 links; towards the south-east by a line 1,030 links; towards the south-west by allotment No. 242, 970 links; and towards the north-west by the Waiwera Parish Boundary 970 links. Educational purposes.
Parish of WAIWERA, County of Marsden: Allotment No. 236, containing 1 acre 2 roods 13 perches; bounded towards the north-east by allotment No. 56, 712 links; towards the south-east by the Pukeatua Parish boundary 566 links; and towards the north-west by a road 100 links wide, 411 links, and 542 links. A Public pound.
Parish of PAPARANGA, County of Eden: Allotment No. 14 of section No. 1 of small lots near the village of Howick, containing 3 acres and 3 roods; bounded towards the north by allotment No. 40, 630 links; towards the east by a road 950 links approximately; towards the south by a road 570 links approximately; and towards the west by allotment No. 13, 585 links, and a stream. Parish of KAPANGA, Queen’s County: Allotments Nos. 1 and 2 of the town of Buffalo, containing approximately 2 roods and 4 perches; bounded towards the north-east by allotment No. 6; towards the south-east by allotment No. 3; towards the south-west and west by a street; and towards the north-west by a street. Educational purposes.
Parish of PUHOI, County of Marsden: Allotment No. 122, containing 2 acres; bounded towards the north-east by a road 100 links wide, 170 links; towards the south-east by a road of width aforesaid 480 links; towards the south-west by a line 540 links; and towards the north-west by a stream. Parish of PAPAROA, County of Marsden: Allotment No. 143, of the township of Pahi, containing 2 roods and 12 perches; bounded towards the east by high-water mark of the Pahi river; towards the south by a street 122 links; towards the south-west by allotment No. 142, 397 links; and towards the north-west by allotment No. 139, 90 links. Site for a Public Hall.
Parish of ORUAWHARO, County of Marsden: Middle portion of allotment No. 97, containing 4 acres; bounded towards the north by a road 100 links wide 240 links, 607 links, and 100 links; towards the north-east by other portion of allotment No. 97, 300 links; towards the south-east by other portion of allotment No. 97 aforesaid 800 links; and towards the south-west by other portion of allotment No. 97 aforesaid 700 links. Site for a Public Hall.
