years’ lease of 10 acres more or less of auriferous
Quartz land adjoining the “Imperial Crown”
and “Herald” Leases, Grahamstown Flat,
Karaka Block, part held under Miners’ Rights,
“Two Brothers” Claim, and part unoccupied
ground; application received in Warden’s Office,
Grahamstown, at 1.40 p.m. on the 5th Decem-
ber, 1871. R.B., 991.

IT is hereby notified that the Mining Lease set
forth in the Schedule hereunder has been sur-
rendered, and I do hereby revoke the exemption of
the land therein mentioned from occupation for
Mining purposes, and declare the same to be open
for occupation.

section 3 of section 35 of the Regulations made for
the granting of Mining Leases, re-entry has been made by
the Lessor upon the ground demised by the Lease
hereunder named, and the Lessees’ estate therein
determined, and I do hereby revoke the exemption of
the lands therein described from occupation for
mining purposes, and declare the same now open for
occupation, so far as not otherwise legally occupied.

IT is hereby notified that in pursuance of the 29th section of “The Gold-
fields Act, 1866,” and of the Regulations made
under that Act for the granting of Leases for Gold
Mining purposes, it is hereby notified that it is
intended to grant a Lease for Gold Mining purposes
to the applicants specified in the Schedule here-
under, unless valid objections can be shewn against
granting such Lease.
Copy of the application made, and plan annexed
may be seen at the Warden’s Office, Coromandel.

Range, Tiki, Coromandel; bounded on the
south-west by the “Emily” Gold Mining Com-
pany, on the south-east by Moore’s boundary,
on the north-west by the “Lallah Rookh” Claim,
on the north-east by the “Blue-bells of Scotland”
Claim, and comprises parts of the “Ludlow
Castle,” “Bee-hive,” “Blue-bells of Scotland,”
and “Lallah Rookh” Claims; ground not held
under Miners’ Rights. Easements required—
permission to construct roads or to erect shoots
to connect the property to the track leading to
the “Emily” Company’s Battery; application
received in Warden’s Office, Coromandel, at
11.57 a.m. on the 5th December, 1871.

to the applicants specified in the Schedule here-
under, and that the lands therein mentioned, in so far
as not otherwise legally occupied, are now open for
