I DO hereby notify that the Hamilton West Township District Board has, with my approval, appointed
Mr. William Andrews
to be the Keeper of the Public Pound at West Hamilton, in the room of Mr. William Davis.
And I do hereby further notify that the fees and charges set forth in the Schedule annexed to the notification of the appointment of the said William Davis, published in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 20, dated June 29, 1871, pages 157 and 158, may be taken and charged by the said Keeper.

IN accordance with the 192nd section of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867," of the General Assembly, it is hereby notified that the Building Regulations of the Council of the City of Auckland were made under Special Order of the said Council, dated the 16th day of October, 1871, confirmed the 13th day of November, 1871, and sealed with the Common Seal of the Council of the said City the 14th day of November, 1871, and are deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein at the Office of the said Council.

REGULATIONS, &c., OF BUILDINGS.
REGULATIONS of the Council of the City of Auckland,
made under Special Order of the said Council, dated this 16th day of October, 1871,
confirmed this 13th day of November, 1871, and sealed with the Common Seal of the Council of the said City this 14th day of November, 1871.
In pursuance of Sub-divisions 1 and 4 of Part I., and Sub-division 1 of Part V. of the 13th Schedule of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867, the Council of the City of Auckland make the following Regulations, that is to say:—
For the purpose of making a distinction (in certain localities and under certain conditions) in the application of such of the following Regulations as apply to the construction of external walls, the City of Auckland shall be divided into two parts, denominated respectively the Inner Area and the Outer Area.
The Inner Area shall comprise all that portion of the City of Auckland situate and lying between and being bounded by the lines following, viz.: Commencing at the abuttal of Eden Street upon Mechanics’ Bay at high water-mark, thence South along Eden Street and Symonds Street to its junction with Wakefield Street, thence North along Wakefield Street to its junction with Queen Street, thence West to Cook Street, and along Cook Street to its junction with Hobson Street, thence North along Hobson Street to high water-mark, and thence East along high water-mark to the point of commencement at
