AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

Name of Claimant. Name of Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the Claims. Place where plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Arama Whakapeke and others Mangaiti No. 1, near Kaeo, Whangaroa along the surveyed line, and again along the surveyed line to the Tapuaetahi river; goes by that river until it reaches the boundary of land belonging to Kingi Hori Kiri, then turns and goes along the beach to Te Manea, Paparoa, Tohoranui, Puapuawhau, then turns and goes to Otaiaha. Kororareka, Bay of Islands.
Henare Kingi and Riripeti Kingi Mangaiti No. 2, near Kaeo, Whangaroa Commences on the boundary of Mangaiti No. 1, and goes on to Pukerewarewa, turns and goes to Ngatokotorua, and on to the Mangaiti river; goes by that river to a surveyed line, then turns and goes on that line to the Whawha river; then goes by that river to the surveyed line at the commencement.
Hetaraka Whakapeke and Hona Pihema Mangaiti No. 3, near Kaeo, Whangaroa Commences at the boundary of Mangaiti No. 2, and goes along the surveyed line until it reaches Pukerewarewa, then turns and goes along a surveyed line; turns again and goes along a surveyed line, turns again and goes on to the commencing point.
Taniora Kowhiti Motuhunga, near Kaeo, Whangaroa Commences on the Whangaroa road that goes straight on to Mangonui, and goes on till it reaches the sea at Whangaroa; goes along the sea beach until it reaches Motuhunga Point, then turns and goes on to the commencing point.
Puite Heke Uruoa and others Pueto, near Kaeo, Whangaroa Bounded on the West by the Whangaroa river, on the East by Ota, on the North by land belonging to Mr. Snowdon, and on the South by land belonging to Mr. Shepherd.
Wi Tima, Hirini Taiwhanga and others Paoneone, near Te Kerikeri Commences at the division line between Te Heihei and Tararau at Ngamokaikai, goes by the surveyed lines to the Mangonui river, goes then to the sea beach and on to Te Abimango, then turns and goes by the Government lands to Pukekaihue, Parangiora and Opuawhaka, then goes down to the beach to Paoneone, and on to Ngamokaikai.

The Maps of such of these titles as have been surveyed can be seen at the Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Kororareka, Bay of Islands.
