AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the Claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Heremaia Papu, Renata Kawaturu, Mere Maungatai and others Ota; near Whangaroa Commences at Ota and goes along the beach from the Huatapu river to a surveyed line, then turns and goes on the boundary of Te Ruato, Ohakiri, Kiripaka and Pukekaiti, then goes by the boundary of Mr. Hay’s land until the bend in the boundary of Mr. How’s land, then turns and goes to Poronui, then goes to the Waitapu river, and along the beach to Ota Bay of Islands, Kororareka.
Heremaia Te Ara, Pumipi Whaitiri, Rihari Arapata, Kaimamu, Honetao, Arama Whakapeke, Karena, Hemi Rihari, Hone Heremaia, Taniora Toetoe Te Rane Heta, Wiremu Naihi Te Pahi and Peta Hakena Papu Tuturu Matakoutou, near Kao, Whangaroa Ruatamakaka is the boundary that comes towards the West and reaches Ngakaiorea, turns then towards the North and reaches Te Rakau, then turns towards the West and reaches on to Te Waihuka, then turns to the South and goes by the Hauhauponamu river on to Waiari, then turns towards the East and goes on to Te Rimu and Pikiwahine, and goes on by the mouth of the Upokorau, then turns towards the North and goes by the Kao river and meets at Orumakaka
Hare Wirikake and Wirimu Katene Te Weri, near Pakaraka The boundaries are shown on the Map of Mr. John Williams
Pera Hakene and others Te Whau, near Whangaroa Commences at Mangakowhare and goes on to Te Whau and on to the boundaries of land belonging to Te Kingi o Te Otoa, then turns and goes to Te Rangitane, goes in the Kapiro river and on to Wheteopa and Mangakowhare, the first boundary, and there it ends
William Hau, Hone Peti, Hare Napia and Hamiora Hau Tutukaka, near Te Waimate This land is near the land shown on the Map of Te Kingi, the other side is Government land, and this is in the middle
William Hau, Hone Peti, Hare Napia, Hamiora Hau and Te Honiana Waipekekoura, near Te Waimate One side is land shown on the Map of Tamati Waka, the other side is land shown on the Map of Te Hapa; this is in the middle
Henare Hamiora Hau Omataroa, near Te Waimate The Map will show the boundaries and the names of the places over which the survey lines run. This land is on one side of Te Waita-

The Maps of such of these blocks as have been surveyed can be seen at the Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Kororareka, Bay of Islands.
