NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership hitherto carried on by us, the undersigned, John Spence, David Spence and James Spence, of Melbourne, in the colony of Victoria, in conjunction with the undersigned William John Vance, of Auckland, in the colony of New Zealand, under the style and firm of W. J. Vance & Co., has been this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due by the late firm will be paid at the office, Queen-street, on presentation of accounts, and all persons indebted to the said firm are requested to pay the amounts due by them within fourteen days from this date.
