I, THE undersigned ROBERT HORNE, hereby make application to register the VICTORIA GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869, and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz.:-

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Victoria Gold Mining Company, Registered.

  2. The place of operations is at the Tokatea Range, Coromandel Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Five thousand pounds in Five thousand shares of one pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid-up shares is Three thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is ROBERT HORNE.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Queen-street, Auckland.
