NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Whangarei, on the 14th of September next and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant Name and Locality of Block The boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Horomana Kaikou, and others Te Koropana, near Whangarei The boundaries are shown on the map. Court-house of the Resident Magistrate, Whangarei.
Horomana, Te Ngahuru, and Hemi Horomana Waikauwau, near Whangarei The boundaries have been cut
Taurau Kukupa Hora Hora No. 2, Whangarei Commencing at a point where the boundary of Hora Hora No. 1 meets the survey line of Pukenui, it goes along the boundary of Pukenui and meets the boundary of Te Whauwhau, it follows the boundary of Te Whauwhau to the boundary of Te Karata-o-Korewha and meets the boundary of the land called Wharowharo No. 1, the boundary of Wharowharo No. 2, of Kirikiri No. 6, of Hora Hora No. 1, and continues on to the point of commencement.
Taurau Kukupa Te Mai No. 2, Whangarei Bounded on the south by Te Mai No. 1, on the west by Raumanga No. 1, and on the north by the public road to Wharekohe.
Tipene Te Puia, Hirawani, Wi Taungahuru, Te Hira, Rikihaua Te Hua, and Hepi Moanariki Pahunuhunu, near Whangarei Bounded on the south by Taikoia, on the north by the public road to Te Ruatangata, and on the east by Ketenikau.
Taurau Kukupu and Wiremu Rimi Taurangakotuku, near Whangarei On the north-west by Waipapa (a stream), on the south-east by the Ataika stream, and on the south by Purupuru—the boundaries are shown best on the map.
Pirika Ngai and Paikea Taniwhanui, at the Wairoa, Kaipara Te Wairoa is one boundary, Moturoa is another boundary, and a surveyed line the other boundary.
Renata Manihera Waiariki No. 1, at Whangarei The boundary runs along the Maungatapere road, and goes along the Raumanga river, and meets at the Maungatapere road.
Renata Manihera Waiariki No. 2, at Whangarei Commences on the Maungatapere road and goes along the Raumanga river, and joins on the Maungatapere road.
