THE undersigned, FRANK WOODWARD, hereby make application to register "THE COMMERCIAL GOLD MINING AND QUARTZ CRUSHING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely—

  1. The name and style of the Company is The Commercial Gold Mining and Quartz Crushing Company, Registered.
  2. The place of operations is at the Karaka Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Four thousand two hundred pounds in Four thousand two hundred shares of one pound each.
  4. The amount paid up in cash is Nil, and in partly paid-up shares is Two thousand one hundred pounds, being the estimated value of the mine and plant.
