I, THE undersigned, D. G. MacDonnell, hereby make application to register "The Oriental Gold Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:

  1. That the name and style of the Company is The Oriental Gold Mining Company, Registered.
  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand five hundred pounds in Seven thousand five hundred shares of One pound each.
  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, the amount paid up on shares allotted to the shareholders is £5,625, same being the estimated value of the mine.
  5. The name of the Manager is Dennis Gilmore MacDonnell.
  6. The office of the Company is at Grahamstown.
