THE names of the undermentioned persons appointed Collectors of Rates for the Highway Districts set opposite their respective names, have been reported to this Office:—

THE undersigned JAMES MORAN, hereby make application to register the Green Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869 and 1870,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, viz:—

The name and style of the Company is The Green Harp Gold Mining Company, Registered.

The place of operations is at Keven’s Point, Coromandel, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

The nominal capital of the Company is Ten thousand pounds in Five thousand shares of Two pounds each.

The amount already paid up in cash is Nil, and the amount paid up in partly paid-up shares is Eight thousand seven hundred and fifty pounds, same being the estimated value of the mine.

The name of the Manager is JAMES MORAN.

The Office of the Company is at No. 61, Queen-street, Auckland.
