PUBLIC NOTIFICATION.

IT is hereby notified that the Mining Lease set forth in the Schedule hereunder, has been cancelled on account of non-execution, and that all rights, privileges, and claims in respect of the application for the same are deemed to have been forfeited, and that the land therein mentioned, in so far as not occupied under Miners’ Rights, is now open for occupation.
Plan may be seen at the Engineer’s Office, Coromandel.
