Hereamaia Te Ara Katiaka, near Kaiao Commencing at the Upokorau stream, it goes to Pirikotaha and Tuawahine; continues on to Waimatanui, and meets the boundary of Home Kingis (J. King’s) land; continues along the boundary of Home Kingis (J. King’s) land, and falls into the Katiaka stream, until it comes to the mouth of Upokorau. Place where the Court House of the Resident Magistrate, Kororadca, Bay of Islands.
Wiremu Pomare Haowhenua, near Te Waimate Commencing at Ngakehakeha, it goes to Wai-o-te-Marire and Te Ngako; it turns to Ngatureruwai; it goes along the boundary of Hare Wirikake’s land, and comes to the boundary of Wiremu Karaka’s land.
Wirikake Te Wera and Mihaka Karuhorongia Pirikotaha, near Waimate Commencing at Akarana Pa, it goes to Taumata-monehu; it turns into the Aruhe-kino Swamp, till it comes to Pokahu; it enters the forest of Waikahikatea, and comes to the boundary of Mr. Clarke’s land; it continues on to Huri-hanga-taitoko and Kauae-te-paniate-hapu, and comes to the Ngatokomo river, to Te Tourangatira, to Totara-peka, to Taumata-whero where it meets the commencing point.
Topi, Taranui Te Kuibi, near Taipa J. Berghan’s land at Taipa is on one side, and the sea of Tokerau on another side.
