NATIVE LANDS COURT.

NOTICE OF TIMES AND PLACES FOR INVESTIGATING CLAIMS.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of which are published in the Schedule hereunder, will be investigated at Haruru, Waitangi, Bay of Islands, on the 6th day of July next and following days.

SCHEDULE.

Name of Claimant. Name and locality of block. Boundaries of the lands as translated from the claims. Place where Plan will be deposited for public inspection.
Mohi Paka, Paratini Te Manu, and others Whakapakara, near Whangaruru On the map.
Te Atimana Tirohanga, near Ruapekapeka Bounded by Matatoua, Haungatao, Koromiko, and Te Awa.
Te Atimana, Tane Takahi, Hare Paraha, and Paratene Maukawau Waitemaringi, near Te Kawakawa Commencing at Te Ti, it goes to Wharewera; thence to Waitemaringi proper; it goes on and turns to the Karetu river; continues on and comes to Ngangihika; it turns, Ngatarahikurua; it then turns again to the commencement point.
Hirini Taiwhanga, Renata Te Pure, and Anaru Te Nau- wheke Takauere, near Paihia Commencing at Te Anakaingangata, it runs in the Waitapipi river; it turns and goes along the boundary of the Government land to the land belonging to Maoris; it turns and continues on till it comes to Awahape; it goes along the sea coast, and meets the point of commencement. Kororareka, Bay of Islands.
Hapeta Wehi Maraekawa, near Kirikiri Commencing at Otukura, it goes to Ongarua; it runs along the sea coast to the commencement at Otukura.
Hokianga Reiwhatiia, near Ohaeawai Commences at Te Matawai, and falls into the Kopenu river; it goes in the stream and comes to the peg of Oraruwharo No. 7; it goes along the boundary of Totarapoka to Ngatokaturua; it turns and goes along the road and meets at Te Matawai.
Wiremu Pomare Puketapu, near Te Waimate Commences at Maikuku, and goes down to the Puketapu ridge; it goes along the boundary of Haharuhi's land to Maungakawakawa; it falls into the river; it runs in the Ahitangata river, and meets at Maikuku.
