138 AUCKLAND PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

  1. The name and style of the Company is the Hidden Treasure Gold Mining Company (Registered).

  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Five thousand five hundred Pounds, in Five thousand five hundred shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in Cash is Nil, and Four thousand one hundred and twenty-five pounds represented by the estimated value of the Company’s Mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is William Percival.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Brown-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:

Advertisements must be forwarded to the Superintendent’s Office at Auckland, or to the authorized Agent at Shortland or at Coromandel, with pre-payment of the charge for insertion at the rates above specified.

Advertisements should be written on one side of the paper; and names, signatures, &c., must be written in a legible hand, to save mistakes.

The number of insertions required should be written across the face of the advertisement.

The Government will not guarantee the publication of any notice or advertisement within a given date; nor will the same be inserted unless pre-paid.

SUBSCRIPTION.

The subscription is at the rate of £2 per annum, or 10s. 6d. per quarter, payable in advance.

Subscriptions are required to terminate with the quarters ending March, June, September, or December. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
