I, THE undersigned RICHARD COLES JORDAN, hereby make application to register the "MOUNTAIN FLOWER GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865," and the "Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Amendment Act, 1869;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely :--

  1. That the name and style of the Company is the "Mountain Flower Gold Mining Company (Registered)."
  2. The place of operations is at the Moanataiari Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Seven thousand Pounds, in Two thousand eight hundred shares of Two Pounds ten shillings each.
  4. The amount paid up in Cash is Nil; and in partly paid up shares, Five thousand six hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the Mine.
  5. The name of the Manager is Richard Coles Jordan.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Albert-street, Grahamstown.
  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely :--
