Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1869,
and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The City of Manchester Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the Waiotahi Creek, at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Sixteen thousand Pounds, in Eight thousand shares of Two Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is nil; and in paid up shares, Twelve thousand Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Henry Elmes Campbell.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Grey-street, Shortland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, viz:—

THE undersigned, John Gwynneett, hereby make application to register the "Rakau Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of 'The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865,' and the aforesaid Act, Amendment Act, 1869; and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the "General Jackson Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the Tararu Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Eighteen thousand Pounds, in Three thousand six hundred shares of Five Pounds each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is Fifty Pounds, and in paid up shares One thousand three hundred and twenty Pounds.

  5. The name of the Manager is Henry Elmes Campbell.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Grey-street, Shortland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:—
