I THE undersigned, OLIVER MASON CREAGH, hereby make application to register “THE JUPITER GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered),” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and “The Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act Amendment Act, 1869;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statements are to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name of the Company is “The Jupiter Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. That the place of operations is at the Hape Creek, in the Thames Gold Fields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Eighteen thousand pounds, in Twelve thousand shares of One Pound ten Shillings each.

  4. That the amount paid up in cash is Nil.

  5. That the amount allotted in partly paid up shares is Fifteen thousand Pounds, represented by Twelve thousand shares of One Pound ten Shillings each, of which One Pound five Shillings per share has been paid up, being the amount given in payment for the claim.

  6. That the name of the Manager is Oliver Mason Creagh.

  7. That the Office of the Company is in Grahamstown, in the Province of Auckland.
