  1. That the name and style of the Company is "The Princetown Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. That the place of operations is at the Alabama Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. That the nominal capital of the Company is Nine thousand Pounds.

  4. That the amount already paid up is Five thousand four hundred Pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. That the name of the Manager is John Peters.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Brown-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each, at this date, are as follow, namely:—
