to be Harbour Master for the Ports of Shortland and Hastings, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

THE undersigned, William Finnimore, hereby make application to register the

GOLDEN MINT GOLD MINING COMPANY (Registered),” under the provisions of the “Mining Companies’ Limited Liability Act, 1865,” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. That the name and style of the Company is “The Golden Mint Gold Mining Company (Registered).”

  2. The place of operations is at Wiseman’s Gully, at the Thames Goldfields, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal Capital of the Company is Twenty thousand Pounds, in Twenty thousand Shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Fifteen thousand Pounds, being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is William Finnimore.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Pollen-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, namely:—
