Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act,
1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely de-
clare that the following statement is, to the
best of my belief and knowledge, true in
every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is
    "The Never Say Die Gold Mining Company."

  2. The place of operations is at Tinker’s
    Gully, Tararu, at the Thames Goldfield, in
    the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of
    New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company
    is Twenty thousand Pounds, in Twenty thou-
    sand shares of One pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Seven-
    teen thousand five hundred Pounds, being the
    estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is
    William Finnimore.

  6. The Office of the Company is at Pollen-
    street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of
    the shareholders, and the number of shares
    held by each at this date, are as follow,
    namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is
    "The Lombard Street Gold Mining Company
    (Registered)."

  2. The place of operation is at Wiseman’s
    Gully, at the Thames Gold Field, in
    the Province of Auckland, in the Colony
    of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is
    Twenty thousand Pounds, in Twenty thousand
    shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is
    Seventeen thousand five hundred Pounds,
    being the estimated value of the mine.

  5. The name of the Manager is
    William Finnimore.

  6. The Office of the Company is at
    Pollen-street, Grahamstown.

  7. The names and several residences of
    the shareholders, and the number of shares
    held by each at this date, are as follow,
