THE undersigned, John Worth Pearse, hereby make application to register "The Royal No. 2 Gold Mining Company (Registered)," under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Limited Liability Act, 1865;" and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Royal No. 2 Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the Shellback Creek, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Fourteen thousand Pounds in Fourteen thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Nine thousand eight hundred Pounds.
