  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Montezuma Gold Mining Company (Registered)."

  2. The place of operations is at the head of Wiseman’s and Tinker’s Gullies, at the Thames Goldfield, in the Province of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Twenty thousand Pounds, in Twenty thousand shares of One Pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Seventeen thousand five hundred Pounds, being Seventeen shillings and sixpence per share allotted to original shareholders of the Company, as the estimated value of the property.

  5. The name of the Manager is Martin Sholl.

  6. The Office of the Company is in Queen-street, Auckland.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow, viz.:
