PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

Superintendent’s Office,
Auckland, 1st February, 1869.

HEREBY notify that the Chairman of the Board of Highway Trustees for the WHAINGAROA District has reported to me the election of

Mr. THOMAS WILSON,
as a Highway Trustee for that District, in the place of Mr. J. G. Hutchinson, resigned.

PUBLIC NOTIFICATION

HEREBY notify that the Chairman of the Board of Highway Trustees for the RUAPOKI District has reported to me the election of

Mr. JOHN EVANS,
as a Highway Trustee for that District, in the place of Mr. Luke Webb, resigned.

and assets of every such patient and of the name and residence of the father mother husband child or children of any such patient known or supposed to be able to maintain or contribute to the maintenance of such patient and afterwards from time to time and within fourteen days from the reception of any patient into any such asylum house or hospital aforesaid to forward to the said Registrar the name of such patient together with a true and particular account of his or her property and assets and of the names and residences of his or her relatives as aforesaid. It shall also be the duty of every such Keeper and of every Inspector and Official Visitor and of every Justice of the Peace to communicate to the Registrar all particulars that may from time to time come to his knowledge respecting the property or assets of any patient in any asylum house or hospital and if any such Keeper Inspector Official Visitor or Justice shall have reason to believe that the property of any such patient is not protected or that the income thereof is not duly applied for his maintenance such Medical Officer Inspector Official Visitor or Justice shall report thereon to the Colonial Secretary as well as to the Registrar.

THE undersigned, ALBERT BEETHAM, Manager of the PURIRI QUARTZ CRUSHING COMPANY, hereby make application to Register “The PURIRI QUARTZ CRUSHING COMPANY REGISTERED,” under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865;” and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:
