  2. The place of operation is at Madman’s Gully, Thames Goldfield.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NORTHERN DISTRICT, PROVINCE OF AUCKLAND.

IN BANKRUPTCY.

In the matter of THOMAS LANDSAY MACKY and BANJUPH DARE of Auckland, Merchants, Bankrupts, and in the matter of the Debtors and Creditors Act, 1862, the Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1865, and the Debtors and Creditors Acts Amendment Act, 1866.

On Wednesday the 5th day of January, 1869.

Upon hearing Mr. John Benjamin Russell of Counsel for the above-named Bankrupts and Mr. MacCormick and Mr. Whitaker of Counsel on behalf of certain creditors of the said bankrupts. It is ordered that the following creditors of the said bankrupts, that is to say, the Bank of New South Wales, the Bank of New Zealand, and Messrs. Broadwood, be paid at the rate of Ten Shillings in the pound on the amounts respectively proved by them against the estate of the said bankrupts if the said estate will so admit. And that the residue of the said estate be equally divided amongst all the other creditors of the said bankrupts who have proved their debts. And it is further ordered that on the payment of the first named creditors at the rate of ten shillings in the pound if the estate will so admit or (if the estate will not admit of ten shillings in the pound) on the division amongst them of such amount as the estate realises that the said bankrupts be entitled to their discharge.
