  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Teutonic Gold Mining Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operation is at the Kurunui Creek, Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Two thousand one hundred pounds, in Four hundred and twenty shares of Five pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is One thousand six hundred and eighty pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is James Marshall Lennox.
  6. The office of the Company is at High-street, Auckland.
  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The Pactolus Mining and Quartz Crushing Company, Registered."
  2. The place of operations is at the Thames Gold Field, in the Province of Auckland.
  3. The nominal capital of the Company is One thousand five hundred pounds, in sixty shares of twenty-five pounds each.
  4. The amount already paid up is One thousand three hundred and eighty pounds.
  5. The name of the Manager is Richard Dickson.
  6. The Office of the Company is at Opotimoko Creek, Thames Gold Field, aforesaid.
