Bounded on the north by the boundary of the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands; on the east by the western boundary of Sub-District No. 16 before described; on the south-east by the Wairoa River and the north-western boundary of the Kopuru Block; and on the south-west by the sea to the place of commencement.

BY virtue of the powers in the Superintendent vested by the third section of "The Highways Act, 1867," I do hereby notify that all that portion of the Province of Auckland, comprised within the boundaries hereunder described, shall be a District for the purposes of the said Act, and that such District shall be known by the name thereto prefixed, that is to say—

THE TOWN OF ONEHUNGA DISTRICT.

Bounded on the north by Mount Smart Road; on the east by section 17 of the suburbs of Auckland; on the south by the Manukau Harbour; and on the west by section 13 of the suburbs of Auckland.

LOWER MAHURANGI DISTRICT.

Amended Boundaries.

Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of the Upper Mahurangi Highway District; on the east by the Mahurangi Harbour, from Hepburn’s Creek to the Pukapuka River; on the south by the Pukapuka River aforesaid, and the southern boundaries of the parishes of Mahurangi and Ahuroa; and on the west by the western boundary of the parish of Ahuroa, to the place of commencement.

Bounded on the north-east by the Matakana Harbour and the sea from the north-western boundary of the Township of Matakana to Mullet Point; on the south-east by the sea aforesaid, from Mullet Point to the North Head of Mahurangi Harbour; on the south-west by the Harbour of Mahurangi aforesaid, to Duck Creek; and on the north-west by Duck Creek aforesaid, and the south-eastern boundary of allotment No. 25 of the parish of Mahurangi to the Mahurangi Harbour, the place of commencement.
