Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Okahu and Waikahikatea, the boundaries of which are detailed in Provincial Gazette, No. 44, vol. xvi, Sept. 26th, 1867.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 2.

Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Omaru and Matakohe, the boundaries of which are detailed in Provincial Gazette, No. 44, vol. xvi, Sept. 26th, 1867.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 3.

Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Tairaroa, Waikiekie, and Mareretu, the boundaries of which are detailed in Provincial Gazette, No. 44, vol. xvi, Sept. 26, 1867.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 4.

Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Maungatapere, Maungakaramea, Ruarangi, and Mangapai.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 5.

Bounded towards the north, by the southern boundary of the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands; towards the east, by the north-western boundary of Hikurangi Block, and the Mangahahuru River; towards the south and south-east, by the southern boundary of the Kaurihohore and Ruatanagata Block; and towards the north, west, by the Wairua River, to the place of commencement.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 6.

Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Whangarei, Whau Whau, and Whareora.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 7.

Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Owhiwa and Manala, the boundaries of which are detailed in Provincial Gazette, No. 44, vol. xvi, Sept. 26, 1867.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 8.

Shall comprise the Highway Districts of Waipu and Ruakaka, the boundaries of which are detailed in Provincial Gazette, No. 44, vol. xvi, Sept. 26, 1867.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 9.

Shall comprise all those lands (the Town and Suburbs of Pahi included) within the limits of the Highway Districts of Paparoa, Wairau, and Whakapirau.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 10.

Shall comprise all those lands (the Town and Suburbs of Molesworth included) within the limits of the Highway Districts of Mangawai, Pukekaroro, and Albertland North, the boundaries of which are detailed in Provincial Gazette, No. 44, vol. xvi, Sept. 26, 1867.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 11.

Bounded on the north-east, by the southern boundary of Albertland North Highway District, and by the south-western boundary of the Pakiri Highway District; on the south-east by the southern boundary of the Electoral District of Marsden; on the south by high water mark of Kaipara Harbour, and on the north-west by the Oruawharo River.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 12.

Bounded on the north-east by the sea from Point Te Arai to the southern Point of Hawere Island; on the south-east, by a right line from the southern Point of Hawere Island aforesaid, to the summit of the Dome, thence by a right line to the confluence of the Hotea and Kaitoto Rivers; on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary of the Tauhoa Block; and on the north-west by the south-eastern boundaries of Albertland North and South Highway Districts, and by the southern boundary of the Manga-wai Highway District to the point of commencement.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 13.

Bounded on the north-east by high water mark of the Wairoa River, Harbour of Kaipara; on the south-east by the northern shore of the Kaipara entrance; on the south-west by the sea; and on the north-west by the north-western boundary of the Kopuru Block.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 14.

Bounded on the north by the Arapaua, Otamatea and Kaiwaka Rivers, and the southern boundary of the Te Ikarangarau Block; on the south-east by the Oruawharo River; on the south-west by high water mark of the Harbour of Kaipara, and on the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of the Matakohe Block.

SUB-DISTRICT No. 15.

Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands; on the east by the sea to the Pataua River; on the south by the Pataua River aforesaid, and by the northern boundaries of the Owhiwa and Whareora Highway Districts; and on the west by the eastern boundaries of the Whangarei and Kaurihohore Districts and the Mangahahuru River to the point of commencement.

Bounded on the north by the southern boundary of the Electoral District of the Bay of Islands; on the east by the Ruatan-
