5.—WHATA WHATA DISTRICT.

Bounded on the north and north-east by the centre of a road fronting lots 146 and 147, of the parish of Pukete in the county of Waikato, and thence proceeding along the centre of said road to the north-east angle of lot 90, of the said parish; on the east by the centre of a road to its junction with a line dividing lots 82 and 90, of the parish of Tuhikaramea, thence by said line to the road fronting the north-east angle of lot 67, of the said parish, thence by the centre of the said road to the north-west angle of lot 214, of the parish aforesaid, thence by the centre of a road forming the northern boundary of said lot, thence by the eastern boundary of lots 214, 213, 212, 211, and 210, all in the parish aforesaid, to its junction with the northern boundary of the Mangapiko Highways District; on the south by the northern boundary of the said Mangapiko Highways District to the Waipa river; on the west by the centre of the said river to the north-west angle of lot 7, of the parish of Horotiu, thence on the north by a line forming the northern boundary of lots 7, 6, 3, 2, 1, 30, and 31, in the said parish, to its junction with a road; and on the north-west by the centre of the said road.

6.—MANGAPIKO DISTRICT.

Bounded on the north by the centre of the road forming the northern boundary of lot 246 of the parish of Tuhikaramea to the south-west angle of lot 210 of the said parish, thence by the southern boundary of said lot 210, and by the northern boundary of lots 214, 86, and 100, on to the north-eastern angle of lot 101 in the said parish; on the north-east by a straight line to the north-west angle of the Puniu Highways District; on the east by the boundary of the Puniu and Nga Roto Highways District to the Puniu river; on the south by the centre of the said river to its junction with the Waipa river; and on the west by the said Waipa river.

7.—HAMILTON DISTRICT.

Bounded on the north-east by the centre of the Waikato river; on the south-east by the north-west boundary of the Pukekura Highways District; on the south by the northern boundary of the Puniu District; on the west and south by the east and north boundary of the Mangapiko Highways District; on the west and south-west by the east and north-east boundary of the Whata Whata Highways District; and on the north-west by the south-eastern boundary of the Newcastle Highways District.

8.—RANGIAOHIA DISTRICT.

Bounded on the north by the centre of a road commencing at the north-west angle of lot 148, in the parish of Nga Roto, and along the centre of the road to its junction with the Hamilton and Ohaupo road, thence in a straight line to the north angle of lot 137 in the said parish, thence bounded on the east by a straight line to the south-east angle of lot 135 in the same parish, bounded again on the north by the northern boundary of lot 69 in the parish of Puniu, of a temporary reserve, and of lots 108 and 107 in the same parish; thence on the east by a straight line to that part of the eastern boundary of lot 105 where it is intersected by a straight line from the north-eastern angle of lot 170, and again bounded on the north-east by the said straight line to the centre of the road fronting said lot 170 in the said parish, thence by and including the road which forms the boundary of the confiscated territory until its junction with the road fronting lot 161 in the said parish, thence by lines forming the boundary of the confiscated territory to its junction with the Puniu river; on the south-west by the said Puniu river; on the west by a stream running into the said river, and forming the western boundary of lots 91, 90, 89, 88, 87, and portion of 86 of the parish of Puniu aforesaid; on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary of the School Endowment to its junction with a road to the south-west angle of lot 80 in the parish of Mangapiko; on the north-west by the said road to the line which divides lots 80 and 81 of the parish of Mangapiko aforesaid; on the south-west by the north-eastern boundary of lots 80, 82, and 101 in the said parish, then by the eastern boundary of said lot 101; on the west by the eastern boundary of lot 178, thence by the Mangapiko river to its junction with the eastern boundary of lot 68, thence by the eastern boundary of said lot to its junction with a road thence by the centre of said road to its junction with a road dividing lots 61 and 62 of the
